Attendance Policy

  • Students are required to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance for each course.
  • Attendance is recorded for every lecture, tutorial, and practical session.
  • Students who fall below the required attendance may be ineligible to sit for examinations.
  • Late arrivals and early departures may be recorded as partial or absent attendance.
  • Valid medical or personal reasons must be supported with proper documentation and submitted to administration.

Assessment / Repeat Policy

  • Students must complete all required assignments, projects, and examinations as part of their course evaluation.
  • Failure to meet minimum pass marks may result in the need to repeat the subject or module.
  • Students are allowed to resubmit assignments or retake assessments where permitted by the academic regulations.
  • Repeat attempts are subject to additional academic fees as determined by the institution.
  • Academic staff will provide guidance to support students in improving their performance.

Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times within the campus.
  • Respect must be shown toward lecturers, staff, and fellow students.
  • Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited.
  • Students must follow campus rules, dress code (if applicable), and classroom etiquette.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or expulsion.
  • Students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of campus facilities.
